I find my portal works much better than when I had a separate MAG Box, would not hesitate to recommend.
They acknowledge error, enable subsciption only to have the same issue the next month and the month after. The most incompetent company ever! Never on time, always with the oldest trams, dirty Such a poor service and support, I have automated payment which goes in for monthly subscriprion yet they still manage to email for late payments and suspend subscriprion. It's OK but better if didn't keep disconnecting you. Its working great, very easy to use and I am totally satisfied with it Thank you. I am using Smart STB for the past couple of months. Takes time to upload the app after turning on the TV. They do not reply to questions even though service tickets were issued more than once.
